United Way Trivia Challenge!
We are introducing a brand new incentive program, the United Way Trivia Challenge Sponsored by Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Water Park!
WHEN?
Over the next several months, we will be introducing a trivia question every other week; each week the question will be about one of our agencies.
Remaining Question Dates:
1/6, 1/20, 2/3, 2/17, 3/3, 3/17. The final question will be revealed at the
United Way Annual Meeting on March 24th at the Hope Lake Lodge, time TBA.
WHO CAN ENTER?
New United Way contributors of at least $26, or current donors who decide to increase their donation by at least $26 will be eligible for entry. Anyone to answer the week’s question correctly and fulfill the donation requirement will be entered for the grand prize that will be drawn in March at the United Way Annual Meeting. IF YOU ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN 13 TIMES!
HOW DO I ENTER?
The questions will be revealed on Wednesdays on our homepage, printed in the Cortland Standard, and posted at the United Way office. The answer may be submitted by email or brought to the United Way office.
WHAT CAN I WIN?
The Grand Prize was generously donated by Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Water Park – and it will include a 2 night stay for four, valued at approximately $800!

The United Way Gas and Grocery Giveaway!
Once again the UWCC will be hosting the Gas and Grocery Giveaway! Your eligibility is based on your gift, and there is a possibility to win $2,000 in free gas and groceries at the locations of your choosing!
HOW TO WIN: On your pledge card you will see the entry stubs at the bottom of the page. Fill in the appropriate amount of entries as determined by your gift amount: 1 for $52, 2 for $53 to $156, 3 for $157 to $260, 4 for $261 to $364, and all 5 for gifts of $365 or above!
Then, just return your pledge card to the United Way! There are five weekly prize drawings of $100 gas and $100 grocery cards, and the Grand Prizes of $500 gas and $500 grocery! See your pledge card for drawing dates.
