    Leaders solve problems! The Crown Leadership Circle is a group of special individuals who are concerned with the future of our community and the needs of its people.

    For almost a decade, The Crown Leadership Circle donors have invested in Cortland County's future with gifts of $500 or more. This generosity has allowed us to accomplish much. But there is more work to be done. As a leader, you have the power to make great things happen. You can help improve the quality of life in our community. You can help those who need help and inspire others to do the same.

    No money is allocated without rigorous review. Volunteers from throughout the community receive intensive training to evaluate health and human service programs. These volunteers decide which programs get funded and ensure that those who really need help the most, get it.

    Your donation helps children, senior citizens, families in crisis, rape victims, teenagers in trouble, people with disabilities, and many others through United Way agencies.
