The Liberty Resources Mobile Crisis Team can also be reached at 607-756-3771. 

Hours are 5pm-midnight Mon-Fri and 6am-12am on Weekends/Holidays.

  • Telephone therapy sessions are 8am-6pm

  • Medication refills can be accessed using the patient portal, or by calling our Nurse.

  • Services are currently being provided via telephone and/or video calls

  • New referrals are being accepted

  • Intake packets are available at the clinic in our vestibule 

  • If you are unable to get to the clinic to complete an intake packet, please call us and other arrangements can be made.

  • Single Point of Access (SPOA) Services are still available. The children’s referral is available on our webpage or you can call us and ask for the SPOA Coordinator.
