United Way for Cortland County has been helping people in Cortland County since 1938! We are the only local organization structured to support numerous human service programs in addressing the needs of area families.

The United Way for Cortland County works to unite the resources of donors and volunteers to support programs in our community that make an impact in the areas of health, financial stability, and family support.
The United Way for Cortland County works with local agencies to identify priority needs and supports programs that demonstrate their ability to improve outcomes.
Currently we are supporting programs that improve physical and mental health, address immediate financial needs, and promote economic self-sufficiency and programs that create healthy and safe families.
United Way knows that no single agency can solve the challenges in our community, which is why we unite the resources of donors, volunteers, and community leaders to improve the lives of all individuals and families in Cortland County.
This means we bring people to the table to solve problems, and then roll up our sleeves and get to work. We invite you to join us.
