Virtual 5K Run (or walk...)

The virtual 5k can be completed

where you feel most comfortable

while maintaining necessary social

distancing; including your neighborhood,

park, treadmill or wherever you enjoy! 

 

Complete the 5k any time between

Friday, June 4 through Sunday, June 7

 

$20 entry fee

 

Here is how it works:

1.  Submit your Registration Form

2.  Make your Donation

3.  Download your 5K Bib

4.  Run or walk your 5K (3.1 miles)

5.  Submit your proof of time (picture of watch, treadmill, phone, MapMyRun, Pacer, Strava, etc.)

6.  Don’t forget to share!  Snap a selfie and share it with us on FaceBook @unitedwaycortlandcounty

     or Instagram @cortlandunitedway and use the hashtags #607Day and #cortlandunitedway

 

Because CNY weather is always a factor, racers can participate between Friday, June 4 and Sunday, June 7. 

 

All funds raised will support 501c3 organizations on the frontlines providing

essential services across the County as we move from Relief to Recovery.
